Step 1- Take out a bowl and start adding softened butter and sugar. Mix them well.
Step 2- Add egg yolk and all-purpose flour to a bowl. Mix them. It must be ensured that the dough is not over-mixed.
Step 3- Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
Step 4- Softened the dough with your palm after taking it out of the refrigerator.
Step 5- Now, take the tart mould and lay the dough inside it. It’s important to press the dough evenly into every corner of the tart mould.
Step 6- Place the tarts in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes.
Step 7- Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F.
Step 8- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. When it’s done, set them aside to keep them completely cool.
Step 9 – Mix the heavy cream with the chopped chocolate in a bowl until it forms a smooth chocolate ganache.
Step 10- Pour the chocolate batter into the tarts and place them in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
Step 11- You can sprinkle salt flakes, fruits, peanut butter, or strawberry jam as per your taste.
