Banana shake is a popular drink for all age groups. It is super delicious, flavorsome, creamy and so good. It is made with all natural ingredients and apart from being with vitamins and minerals, it is protein and nutrition packed too.

 
Ingredients:

  • Banana: Use ripe to overripe bananas, so they’re soft, creamy, and sweeter, too! You can also use frozen sliced bananas if preferred.
  • Vanilla ice cream: Choose your favorite, though I recommend a high-quality vanilla bean ice cream with vanilla specks in it.
  • Milk: Use the milk of your choice dairy or even dairy-free (almond milk or coconut milk etc).
  • Vanilla: Vanilla extract is a great addition for instant dessert vibes.
  • Cinnamon (optional): A few sprinkles of cinnamon to bring warmth and extra flavor.
  • Sugar(optional): Based on sweetness preference.

Method: 

This recipe is very easy and simple. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. First add the bananas, then the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, and finally the ice cream. Once blended to your desired consistency, give the banana shake a taste and adjust any of the ingredients if needed. Finally, pour the banana milkshake into your choice of glasses or mason jars, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy! I recommend drinking it as soon as it’s ready for the best flavor. However, it can be stored in the fridge for several hours if needed.
