  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Salad (Optional but Recommended):

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Shaved Parmesan cheese

Preparation Steps:

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper and pound them with a meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/4 inch thick.
