Missi Roti
First of all pour 1 cup gram flour into bowl with the help of strainer, pour 1 cup wheat flour in it also, both flour should be equal quantity, add one chopped onion, add ½ inch grated ginger, 3-4 green chopped chilies, coriander leaves ½ cup, ajwain ¼ tbsp, ¼ tbsp kasuri methi, ¼ tbsp cumin seeds, ¼ tbsp turmeric, salt as taste, ¼ tbsp chat spices, mix all ingredients properly and now pour water in mixture and make soft dough from these mixture, add some oil to make dough soften and smooth, cover it and keep it for setting for 20-25 minutes, after that we will divide dough into equal small roll and with the help of dry wheat flour we will flatten it into round shape as roti, with the help of palm we will put it into heated tawa to cook, we will cook roti after flipping both side properly, then we will spread some butter or ghee to make it smooth, after that we will put it into plate and with the help of knife divide into two part, now missi roti is ready to serve.
