Fish Fry
Ingredients for fry fish:
Boneless fish 1 ½ kg. (wash fish and keep it in strainer that’s why water will drain out from fish), salt as taste, garlic- 20-25, green chilies 4-5, lemon water ½ cup, oil for deep fry.
Ingredients for coating: wheat flour 4 tbsp, gram flour 4 tbsp, red chili powder 1 tbsp, fried cumin powder 1 tbsp, kasuri methi 1 tbsp, chili flakes 1 tbsp, crushed coriander 1 tbsp, turmeric powder ½ tbsp, black pepper powder ½ tbsp mixed spices ½ tbsp, chat spice ½ tbsp, ajwain ½ tbsp, salt as require, orange food color ¼ tbsp
Process: first of all in grinder pour garlic, lemon water, green chilies and make fine paste of it, then transfer fish into a bowl add paste in it and mix well then cover fish and keep aside for 1 hour , after that we will prepare coating for fish, in a bowl we pour gram flour, wheat flour, add salt, coriander powder, fried cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric, ajwain, chat spices, mix spices, , black pepper powder, chili flakes, kasuri methi, orange food color and mix well and now we will take fish piece for coating in mixture of ingredients and make thick layer of it and keep in plate after covering fish properly, now in burner we will put pot and pour oil and heat it properly then in medium flame we will fry fish for 2-3 minutes without touching it after that flip fish and fry both side until it change into golden brown color after that take out fish and keep it in tissue paper so extra oil will observe in it, now fish fry is ready to serve with green chutney.
