- 200 grams of boneless chicken
- One large onion
- One curry leaf sprig
- One teaspoon of ginger paste
- One teaspoon of garlic paste
- A half-tsp of turmeric powder
- 1–2 teaspoons of black pepper
- One teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2-inch julienned ginger
- 4-5 finely sliced garlic cloves
- Half a teaspoon of garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered fennel
- Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
- a couple of slit green chillies
- salt according to taste
- 1/4 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions:
- First, prep all of the ingredients geared up
- Prepare the ginger and garlic paste for the marination
