  •  1 small onion, finely chopped
  •  1 small tomato, finely chopped
  •  1/4 cup cilantro (coriander leaves), chopped
  •  2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust according to your spice preference)
  •  1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  •  1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney
  •  1 tablespoon chaat masala
  •  Salt to taste
  •  2 tablespoons lemon juice
  •  Optional: 1/4 cup raw mango, finely chopped

Instructions:

  • Combine the puffed rice, sev, chopped potato, onion, tomato, cilantro, green chilies, and raw mango in a large mixing bowl.
