Chicken Momos

Chicken Momo Recipe:

Here’s a basic recipe-

INGREDIENTS

  • 130 g plain flour maida
  • 100 g chicken breasts
  • 15 g dried ruddy chillies

  • 3-4 new green chilis discretionary
  • 2 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dark pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt to taste 

INSTRUCTIONS

To make the momos:

  1. Splash the dried chilies in hot water for around 30 mins
  2. Wash the chicken breasts completely and pat dry
  3. Chop them generally and include them in a nourishment processor
  4. Beat 3 times, so that you just accomplish a pleasant mince and not a glue
  5. Include 2 chopped garlic cloves, soya sauce, salt, pepper, spring onions, chilis and coriander.
