Who does say no to pasta? This special white sauce pasta is undoubtedly the tastiest snack that you can prepare at home anytime. We are going to share a restaurant-style white sauce recipe that is quite popular for many recipes in European and Italian cuisines generally.
White Sauce Pasta Recipe:
Let’s start with the ingredients:

- 200 gm Boiled Pasta
- Oil
- Salt
- Garlic
- Butter
- 1 chopped onion
- ½ capsicum
- Black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp corn
- 2-3 cups of milk
- 4 tbsp maida
- ½ tbsp red chili flakes
- ½ mixed herbs
Instructions
Step 1- Heat a pan with some oil and start adding 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic, onions, capsicum, corn, and other veggies as per your taste. Roast them for 3-4 minutes.
Step 2- Sprinkle some salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper powder. Mix everything well.
Step 3- Now, switch off the flame and keep all the veggies aside.
Step 4- Add 2 tbsp. butter to the same pan. Add maida, once the butter gets melted. Mix it well and stir continuously for 4-5 minutes so it doesn’t burn. When the whole-wheat flour turns golden, stir it again for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 5- Slowly pour in the milk while continuously mixing. There should be no lumps in the sauce.
Step 6- After removing all the lumps, cook the batter until it becomes consistent.
Step 7- Add salt, black pepper powder, mixed herb seasonings, and red chili powder. Mix everything well.
Step 8- When the sauce comes to a boil, add veggies and pasta to it.
Step 9- Keep stirring it so that pasta and veggies get well coated with the sauce. Cook it for 2–3 minutes.
Step 10- Your delicious white sauce pasta is ready to taste. Enjoy!!
