Red Sauce Pasta

Who does say no to pasta? This special red sauce pasta is undoubtedly the tastiest snack that you can prepare at home anytime. All you need to have is pasta, tomatoes, onions, and other herbs. We are going to share a restaurant-style white sauce recipe that is quite popular for many recipes in European and Italian cuisines generally. Let’s start with the ingredients:


  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 3-4 chopped garlic
  • 2 onions
  • Black pepper
  • Mixed herbs
  • 2-3 Dried red chilies
  • Sugar
  • Oil


Step 1- Boil the tomatoes with some dried red chilies in any pan.

Step 2- Peel the tomatoes when they’re done. Add them to a blender jar with ½ cup of water. Make a smooth, consistent paste.

Step 3- Heat a large pot with 2 liters of water and a pinch of salt.

Step 4- When the water is boiling, add the pasta. Remove all the excess through the strainer.

Step 5- Now heat a pan with some drops of oil and start adding chopped garlic and onions. Roast them until they become golden brown.

Step 6: Stir in the tomato puree and 1 tablespoon of salt. Boil it until the paste turn thickens.

Step 7- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar, mixed herbs, and your favorite seasonings. Mix it well.

Step 8- Add boiled pasta and sauce them until well combined.

Step 9: Serve your delicious pasta with red sauce. Enjoy! !
