Ingredients requirements:-
1. Chhena (paneer)
2. Sugar syrup
3. Cardamom powder
4. Rose water
5. Grated coconut
6. Sugar
7. Pistachios
8. Mawa
Preparing instructions- Heat the milk in a pan with a sturdy bottom. When it comes to a boil, add lemon juice to it and make chhena (paneer) from it. Stir it well to make chhena more soft. After this, transfer paneer(chhena) into a soft piece of cloth and strain all the water, and dry until it becomes completely soft. To drain excess water, hang the paneer in the muslin fabric for around half an hour. Knead the paneer until it becomes soft and smooth after 30 minutes.
- After dividing the paneer into equal sections, form them into oval or cylindrical forms. In addition to this, make small balls out of paneer.
- Prepare sugar syrup and make the mawa stuffed into paneer (chhena). You can also utilize stuffings that are made with jaggery and coconut.
- At last for garnishing add pistachios above the Cham chams.
- Serve sweet and chilled.
