Nutella Cheesecake: No-bake

With this simple No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake Recipe, you can transform your love of
chocolate hazelnut spread into a delicious dessert! Silky Nutella cheesecake filling, creamy
Nutella ganache, fluffy chocolate whipped cream, and crushed Ferrero Rocher candies are
all placed on top of a traditional Oreo cookie crust.




 For the base.

200 grams Oreo Biscuits.

3-4 tablespoons melted butter.

For the filling.

350 grams of cream cheese.

½ cup icing sugar

1 cup Nutella

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons gelatin powder

½ cup water

For the topping.

Nutella, as required

Melted dark chocolate, as required

  1. Line the base of an 8” springform pan with butter paper. Blitz Oreo cookies in a food processor, add melted butter and mix well.
  2. Transfer the Oreo mixture to the pan, press firmly onto the base, and chill in the fridge.
  3. Beat cream cheese, Nutella, and icing sugar until smooth. Dissolve gelatin powder in water, let it cool, and add it to the cream cheese- Nutella mixture. Beat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese-Nutella mixture.
  5. Pour the combined mixture into the prepared tin and chill for 1-2 hours.
  6. Once set top the cheesecake with Nutella, melted dark chocolate, or whipped cream, and decorate as desired.
