Ingredients requirements -:

  • Chickpeas 
  • Onion 
  • Parsley and Cilantro
  • Garlic
  • Green chili pepper
  • Cumin, cardamom, salt and black pepper
  • Chickpea flour (besan)
  • Baking soda 

Start with soaking the required amount of chickpeas overnight and next morning drain the water and rinse it thoroughly. In addition to this, mix all the ingredients in the mixer such as chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley and other ingredients with water until and unless you gets a textured and smooth paste.
Furthermore, transfer the processed mixture into another container and start adding baking soda and flour to it. After that, start giving the paste into your favorite shape and size. Moreover, gently paste all the falafels into hot boiling oil and fry until they become golden brown. This takes up to 3-5 minutes. Also, make it crispy as per your requirement as well, and once it is well cooked from both the sides, serve hot with sauce and parsley with some lemon over the top.
