Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
2 cups milk
¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc.)
2 tablespoons rose water
2 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)
A pinch of saffron strands (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Chopped nuts and rose petals for Garnish
Instructions:
- Soak mixed nuts in water for 1-2 hours, then drain.
- Blend soaked nuts, avocado flesh, milk, sugar, rose water, cardamon, and saffron (optional) until smooth.
- Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more sugar if desired.
- For a chilled drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
