Avocado and Mixed Nuts Thandai is a creamy, nutritious drink blending avocado and mixed nuts for a rich and crunchy experience. 1 ripe avocado

2 cups milk

¼ cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc.)

2 tablespoons rose water

2 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)

A pinch of saffron strands (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Chopped nuts and rose petals for Garnish


  1. Soak mixed nuts in water for 1-2 hours, then drain.
  2. Blend soaked nuts, avocado flesh, milk, sugar, rose water, cardamon, and saffron (optional) until smooth.
  3. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more sugar if desired.
  4. For a chilled drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
