Badam Kulfi

Who doesn’t like kulfi even in winter? It’s the ideal Indian dessert for anyone who has had lunch or dinner. Kulfi has consistently mesmerized Indian food lovers’ taste buds. Try this mouthwatering and easy recipe today. Let’s start with the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 liters Milk
• ¼ tbsp Saffron (optional)
• 1 cup soaked badam
• 1 tbsp cardamom powder
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ cup pistachios

LET’S MAKE

Step 1- Boil the milk until it becomes thick and half the size. You need to stir the milk so it doesn’t burn. It takes at least 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 2- Meanwhile, peel the soaked badam and grind them.
Step 3- Once a thick, consistent milk paste is ready, add the sugar and almond paste. Mix them well.
Step 4- Turn off the flame when it’s done and keep this aside to turn it completely cool.
Step 5- Now, add the cardamom powder and add some chopped pistachios.
Step 6- Turn it into a bowl or an ice cream mold and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 8-9 hours.
Step 7- Your delicious Badam kulfi is ready to taste. Enjoy!!
