Buransh Flower Juice

Ingredients Required for Buransh Flower Juice:

2kg Buransh flower

3 litter water

1 teaspoon baking soda

2.5 kg sugar

40 g citric acid (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Collect and clean 2kg of Buransh flowers, removing the internal parts.
  2. Boil the flowers in 3 liters of water in a large pan.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and simmer the 15-20 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture using a sieve to separate the flowers soup
  5. Squeeze the cooled flowers to extract more juice.
  6. Return the flower soup to the pan, add 2.5 kg of sugar, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Optional: add 40 grams of citric acid as a preservative and flavour enhancer.
  8. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  9. Mix one part of the Buransh extract with two of three parts of water.
  10. Enjoy your homemade Buransh Juice.
