Buransh Flower Juice
Ingredients:
2kg Buransh flower
3 litter water
1 teaspoon baking soda
2.5 kg sugar
40 g citric acid (optional)
Instructions:
- Collect and clean 2kg of Buransh flowers, removing the internal parts.
- Boil the flowers in 3 liters of water in a large pan.
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and simmer the 15-20 minutes.
- Strain the mixture using a sieve to separate the flowers soup
- Squeeze the cooled flowers to extract more juice.
- Return the flower soup to the pan, add 2.5 kg of sugar, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Optional: add 40 grams of citric acid as a preservative and flavour enhancer.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely.
- Mix one part of the Buransh extract with two of three parts of water.
- Enjoy your homemade Buransh Juice.
