INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups of maida
• ½ cup butter
• ½ cup choco chip
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla essence
• ½ tbsp salt
• ½ tbsp baking soda
• 1 egg
LET’S MAKE:-
Step 1- In a mixing bowl, add brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and melted butter. Mix them until well combined.
Step 2- Add an egg and whisk it until it turns into a thick, consistent paste.
Step 3- Add all-purpose flour and baking soda to it. combine them with the help of a spatula and spoon.
Step 4- Add chocolate chips or dark chocolate chunks. Once you’ve mixed them well, take out small pieces of dough with the help of an ice cream scoop or a big spoon. Place them in a tray, covered with parchment paper.
Step 5- You need to refrigerate them for 24 hours for a richer taste.
Step 6- Once the dough is chilled properly, place the tray into the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake them for at least 12-15 minutes.
