Banana Bread

Banana Bread Recipe:

Here’s the basic recipe-

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ⅓ cup melted butter 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 big egg overwhelmed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • Half of chopped nuts
  • Half chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • In a bowl mash the ripe bananas with the fork until it becomes smooth 
  • Stirred the melted butter with the mashed bananas
  • Mix it with baking soda and salt
  • Stir with the sugar, overwhelmed egg, and vanilla extract, then mix in the flour
  • Pour the batter into your loaf pan 
  • Bake for 55 to 60 mins at  350°F
  • Remove from oven and cool in the pan for a few minutes
  • Cast off the banana bread from the pan and keep it cool
  • Slice and serve
