Bael Juice /Sarbat
First of all we break bel or wood apple and peel off, then remove seeds and fibers from pulp, pour ½ litre cold water and mashed it gently, then with the help of strainer we pour it into bowl that’s why we get soft juice, add some sugar, add black salt as taste, add 1/4tbsp fried cumin powder, add 4-5 mint leaves and add ice cubes in it, stir it properly, now it’s done, serve it into glasses.
