Today let’s make Dahi Sandwich, which is not only healthy but also super yummy for your tummy.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¾ cup of Curd’
  • White/Brown Bread
  • 200 gm cabbage
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 1 capsicum (finely grated)
  • 2 carrots (finely grated)
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • Pinch of black pepper

 

LET’S MAKE:

Step 1– To make the curd a little thick, Tie the curd in a cotton cloth and hang it on a vessel or kitchen tap above from the bottom so that water comes out from it completely.

Step 2– Transfer the curd to a bowl, and add cabbage, capsicum, carrots, and green chili. Mix them well with salt and black pepper according to your tastebud.

Step 3– When the stuffing is ready, take a slice of bread and place the stuffing over the bread, and spread it evenly. Cover it with another piece of bread.

Step 4– Heat up the gas with ghee/oil, now place your sandwich over a tawa/pan, and roast both sides of the sandwich until it turns golden brown.

Step 5- You can grill them also. Now your crispy, healthy and mouthwatering sandwiches are ready to serve. You can serve it with Tomato sauce or with green chutney.
