A traditional Italian cuisine, Spaghetti is one of kids’ favorite dishes these days. So, let’s start with the ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of Spaghetti Pasta
  • Carrot (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • Salt (according to your tastebuds)
  • Oregano
  • Red chili flakes
  • Pepper
  • 3-4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Oil
  • Grated Cheese (optional)


LET’S MAKE

Step 1-  Boil water in any utensil on a medium flame, add a pinch of salt and then add Spaghetti pasta. Leave it to boil.

Step 2- When the spaghetti is properly boiled, drain the water through a strainer and keep it aside.

Step 3– The next step is to make the Tomato sauce, first take 3-4 tomatoes and boil them in any utensil.

Step 4- Once they are boiled, remove their skin, put the pulp into a mixer, and make a smooth puree.

Step 5- Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and onions, and Saute them until the onions turn golden. Add finely chopped carrot and capsicum. Saute them for 1-2 minutes.

Step 6- Add Tomato Puree, add salt and red chili powder, oregano, and pepper and mix them well. Cover the lid and keep it on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Step 7- Add the boiled Spaghetti into the Tomato sauce.

Step 8- Mix them gently, add tomato sauce and cheese on top of it (optional), and again mix them until spaghetti is well coated with sauce.

Step 9- Your yummy Spaghetti is ready. You can serve it with cheese garlic bread.
