Manchurian

Ingredients:

Cabbage chopped 1 cup, 1 carrot finely chopped, 1 chopped onion, 5-6 green chopped chili, ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp, ¼ tbsp black pepper powder, 1 tbsp mixed spices, salt as needed, corn flour 2 tbsp, wheat flour 3 tbsp, oil for deep fry.

 Gravy  Ingredients: 18- 20 pieces of chopped garlic, chopped ginger-1inch, one square size chopped onion, ½ chopped capsicum, soya sauce 1  big tbsp, schezwan sauce 1 big tbsp, tomato ketchup1 big tbsp, chili sauce 1 tbsp, ¼ cup green chopped onion, water as require, corn flour2 tbsp, black pepper powder ½ tbsp, sat as needed.

Process: First of all we will prepare Manchurian ball, in a big bowl we pour chopped cabbage, add chopped carrot, chopped onion, 2-3 chopped green chili, add ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, add mix spices, salt according to your taste, corn and wheat flour, mix all ingredient well while mashing it that’s why it will become soften as like dough, then start making ball into equal size when ball is ready, we put pot on the flame and pour oil for deep fry of Manchurian, in heated oil, we put ball and fry it properly, like this we will fry all balls, it will be crispy, after that we start to make gravy for Manchurian, in another heated pot we pour 2 tbsp oil, then add chopped garlic and mix it well, then add chopped ginger sauté it properly after that add square size chopped onion and capsicum, green onion and fry it, it should not over fry, after that we add schezwan sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and mix it properly for 4-5 minutes, add black pepper, in a small bowl take 2 tbsp corn flour and add water and mix well that there should be no lump and then pour it into gravy mixture and stir it properly, add salt as needed, then add 3 cup water in it, when water start boiling we add Manchurian ball in it and cook for 4-5 minutes, you can add more sauces according to flavor or taste. Now Manchurian is ready to serve.
