Methi Matar Malai

Ingredients :

  • Methi or fenugreek chopped leaves – ½ cup
  • Onions, cashew paste- 1 cup
  • Boiled peas- ½ cup
  • Fresh cream – ½ cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped  garlic- 1 tbsp
  • Chopped  garlic – 1 tbsp
  • Butter- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- according to taste
  • Water – as require

On a fry pan heat oil,  after that  add garlic, onion –cashew paste and salt, sauté it properly after that add methi leaves and mix it well till it becomes fry and change  color nicely  , add some water and mix it well  then add boiled peas  and butter, sauté well this mixture for 2 minutes  after that add cream in it and mix it well cover it in low flame for 4-5 minutes , for garnishing put some chilli oil on it.
