Potato Wedges Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 Potatoes
- ¼ cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- ½ black pepper
- Salt (as per taste)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
Let’s Male Potato Wedges:
- Gently wash the potatoes and peel them (you can keep the skin if you don’t prefer to peel it)
- Cut them into thin slices. Add them to a bowl of cold water and keep the bowl aside for 30 minutes.
- Now take out the potatoes and put them in a bowl of boiling water. Boil it for 5 minutes. Keep it aside to let it cool.
- Take a bowl, and add flour, red chili, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add 1/3 cup of water. Mix all the spices with water.
- Add boiled potatoes. Mix them until they are well-coated.
- Heat up the gas with oil. Add potatoes and deep fry them until golden and crisp on medium flame. You can double-fry them as it makes them crispier.
- Your Crispy and delicious potato wedges are ready to serve. Serve it with red sauce/ green chutney/ chili sauce/yogurt dip as per your choice.
