Shahi Paneer




 Cashew nut-6-7,


 Shahi jeera-1/2 tbsp,


 Ginger-1 inch,

 Salt as require,

 Cinnamon-1 inch,

 Green cardamom-3,

 Black cardamom-1,




 Water 1-1.5 cup,

Butter-2 tbsp,

 Kashmiri red chili-1tbsp,

Turmeric-1/2 tbsp,

Coriander leaves-1tbsp,





 Milk-1 cup

First of all heat pan and pour chopped tomato and onions, add cashew-nut, magaz, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and salt as require, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, chakreful and water for boiling, cover the lid for 10-15 minutes in low flame after that it will become soft, off the flame and keep aside to cool, when it becomes cool put out all spices from pot and pour into blender to make fine and soft puree, you can add water to make puree fine, after that with the help of strainer pour puree into bowl.

Now again heat pan, pour ghee or butter, add red chili powder and fry for a while, add turmeric, coriander leaves and mix it well, now add paneer(cheese) in it and fry it for 2 minutes after that add cream, add puree and mix properly, add salt, sugar, keshar and stir it continuously in high flame until bowling, after that flame must be low, add milk and mix properly for 5 minutes, now shahi paneer is ready to serve.
