Healthy Dates Juice with Chocolate Syrup

– 2 cups water

  • Blend quickly until the dates are completely broken down and the mixture is smooth.
  • If desired, add a squeeze of lemon juice for some extra flavor.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any remaining solids.
  • Serve the date juice chilled over ice, if desired, and pour chocolate syrup from the top.
