Mango Lassi

A wonderful and energizing beverage is mango lassi. It’s a delicious and nourishing beverage that is enjoyed all over the world and is a popular choice to beat the summer heat because of its creamy texture and tropical flavor.

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

1 cup fresh yogurt

½ cup milk

2 tablespoon sugar (adjust to taste)

¼ teaspoon cardamon powder (optional)

Ice cubes.

Instruction:

Cut the ripe mango into pieces and put it into a blender along with Plain fresh yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamon power (if needed).

The mixture should be smooth and creamy after blending. Add some ice cubes and blend them again till cool and foamy.

Pour glasses with the mango lassi and garnish it with a slice of mango or cardamom powder and it’s ready to enjoy.
