Vrat Ke Kebab Recipe:

Here’s a simple recipe to make one-

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato chunks, bell pepper chunks, and red onion chunks with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Thread the sweet potato, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the vegetables. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Make in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned, turning halfway through cooking. Serve the sweet potato kebabs hot, optionally with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Enjoy your delicious sweet potato kebabs!
