Thandai

Thandai is everyone’s favorite drink every season. A refreshing drink and super easy-to-make drink is the perfect drink for festivals like Holi and Shivratri. Let’s start with the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
• Soaked dry fruits (Almonds, raisins)
• 2 tbsp Muskmelon seeds (soaked)
• 1 tbsp fennel seeds
• 2-3 cardamom
• 2 cups of milk

LET’S MAKE
Step 1- Take out a blender and add soaked dry fruits according to your taste, like almonds, raisins, and cashews. You can add sugar/honey for the sweetness. Add muskmelon seeds, fennel seeds, and cardamom. Grind them well.
Step 2- When Thandai’s thick paste is ready, add 1 cup of water to it. Now, strain the mixture in any bowl with the help of a tea strainer.
Step 3- Add milk and mix it well. You can add 2-3 ice cubes.
Step 4- Your fresh Thandai is ready to serve. Just pour it into your favorite glass and add a pinch of chopped almonds over it for garnishing.
